(August 23, 2023, 2:19 am)We were driving by when we saw the sign for the cheese shop. Went to the door and found it closed as they were on vacation. We came back today and met Ian, the proprietor who showed us the shelves of cheese and the vats where he made his cheeses!! What an interesting process! We bought many different cheeses, yogurt and ice cream!!! Ian was wonderful and explained about the different cheeses they produce. Wish we lived in the area as I'd be back often!! Great shop.... you need to stop in if in the area!!!
Update!! Got back to the coach and tried the Italian Gouda....OMG ....SO GOOD!!! You've got to go by and try their cheese...so delicious!!

(October 27, 2022, 3:19 pm)the BEST SQUEEKY curds ever. Honestly, I've never had such squeeky curds. I could eat them all day every day! Their gouda is also delicious.
(September 28, 2021, 8:33 pm)Delicious!! Mild cumin Gouda has a wonderful citrus hint, yum!!! Great value for $, beautiful drive right at the farm. Will be back for sure.
