(February 7, 2022, 7:31 pm)We really like the quality but when your meat is delivered and some of it is partially frozen but no one can tell you if its already been frozen or is it melting? That is a real safety issue.
(November 27, 2021, 12:55 pm)From the herd to the plate Boudreau thank you for offering us a complete product! In the Local Fields, in the marshy South East of Prés d'en Haut around the Acadian Aboiteau flocks. They must appreciate the open air and the soothing odor fodder.
This region is well landscaped and that I know well, my very peaceful. I visited their fields during a forest excursion, their very own butcher's shop on the top of their town and I see them walking in Dieppe on occasion.
the tender product, a very pleasant cut for my Laguiole; beautiful, tasty and marbling. The herds are happy to be happy, I am happy too; with fresh pieces from home!

(October 3, 2018, 12:29 pm)We're always satisfied with the beef we purchase at Boudreau Meat Market. No GMOs, no Steroids, and no Antibiotics. Prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly.
