Pura Vida Yoga

I used to be a regular until one of the teachers came up to me and told me to stop looking at others poses in the mirror (because I attended often and should know what I'm doing by now)

Well as someone who's diagnosed with multiple things like autism and scored very very low on working memory, I really didn't appreciate this comment. To the point I never returned. That's definitely a way to make a shy person uncomfortable.

It's an amazing place. Great for beginners and advanced yogis.

The staff/teachers are wonderful, understanding, and patient.

Super clean studio with friendly high quality instructors. I feel at home when I come here. From beginners to seasoned yogis Pura Vida has classes to accommodate everyone in a judgement free zone. I love pura vida and recommend it to everyone.

Amazing staff and studio for a peaceful yoga experience. The studio itself has the softest floor, and has a lot of space to practice in class.

Glad I found this studio on my visit to Dieppe. Very clean and welcoming space and the hot room gets quite humid and hot, which is what I wanted! The instructors were very knowledgable and classes were tough but fun. I even got free towel rentals! I'll for sure come here again the next time I'm in town.
