We love the view of the Marsh, we love to walk on the trail directly in front of us, and we love our corner unit. It is spacious and provides so much natural light. We are part of nature here.

I live in the Riverain building in Dieppe. The building is nicely located and quiet. If you're thinking of moving there however know that you only have one parking space even though it's mostly 2 bedrooms units... the second vehicle have to be parked at the Sentier building or else you'll get towed... when I signed my lease they accepted that I signed for two vehicles but didn't tell me about this issue. If I would of known there was only one parking per unit I wouldn't have signed my lease. My boyfriend and I live together and we both work in Moncton so we got to have two vehicles.

The building is lovely and quiet. The location is great. The only issue is that we signed for 2 vehicles for our lease and only have parking for one. Even though we have a two-bedroom apartment.

We have been living at Promenade 9 for the last 4 months now and we are more than happy with our choice. Can't beat the location, apartment is roomy and very nicely laid out. Very quiet!! Simply love the view!! People are friendly!! Building very well kept!! Management team is first class!!!.... great people!! We couldn't ask for much more!! Love it!!!
