(September 30, 2018, 2:00 pm)No glitz and glamour just a place to get your grind and gains on. Was in the area for a few days and found this gym to keep the gains going and no fee just had to sign in.
(November 7, 2017, 12:29 am)Well first of all its free, same gym rules as any other gym with respectable staff and good people, love this place no doubt! Hours are 9am to 8pm Monday thru Friday go and have a pump.
