Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP)

So we were going to church a couple of years ago and a ghost car pulled us over. It seemed like he was politely warning us that our registration was expired by a couple of weeks. Then while checking us out he discovered we had the wrong registration and our proof of insurance was outdated. He seemed to recognize it was us just being disorganized and so he just gave us a warning. He probaly could have fined us like crazy or more but he used his discretionary power and just gave us a warning.
