Jonathan was very thorough in his inspection and gave us some much needed insight into the property we are looking at buying. We are buying sight unseen so his professional experience was much appreciated to put our minds at ease in regards to the state of the property. We received a well documented written report as well as a follow up phone call to go over any questions we may have had.
