My pump stopped and I called them at 3:30pm
The service guy showed up around 4 and quickly found it was a bad pump. He was very friendly and professional and we had water by 6:15. They try to never leave a customer without water. So grateful Lee fixed our water. I think his name was Lee .I'm bad with names. I highly recommend e r steeves

My well dried up on me the day my new tenants moved in. I called ER Steeves at 8:30am and explained my situation. They met me in Sussex right away, walked the property down and determined the best place to drill. They mobilized the equipment and had everything set up by 3:00pm and drilled the following morning. I can't express how satisfied I am with their service and professionalism. 100% recommend!

My jet pump stopped pumping. These folks came right away, diagnosed the problem quickly as a bad pressure tank and fixed it on the spot. Very professional and efficient. One look in the back of their repair truck and you know these folks mean business. Well done E R Steeves!

We`ve been having ground water going into our well for sometime now, I called the original well drillers to come for a service call and had a horrible experience.
Steeves came highly recommended so I called them. They were quick to get back to me and Sent out Lee & Scott (2 Great Guy`s) they pounded down the well casing and then took care of my water tank needs.
They were very friendly and informative to keep updated on what needed to be done so we did it. They also gave me info on how to have my water tank system properly maintained each year.
