We couldn’t be more appreciative of Ken, Jami and all of the service employees who worked to fix the issues that we had with our new travel trailer. Its a long story but we had some pretty major problems with our trailer and after a lot of frustration and some regrets we met Ken who was empathetic to our situation and did everything that he could to make things right. He and his team certainly did that. They fixed everything that was wrong and went above and beyond what we had hoped for on so many occasions. It is clear that Leisure Time has great management because the employees are all so wonderful and hard-working. We would definitely tell anyone that this business is a phenomenal one that they should trust with their business. Customer service is lacking in so many places but it’s offered by the arm load here. Thank you!
We purchased our first 5th wheel late in the fall. Sales staff was top notch We had the trailer hauled at our lot.
We were told that we would get a walk through to show us how things work since it's our first trailer. Never happened .. service department is great and friendly..things get fix has soon they have the parts..next time will buy brand new..we enjoy camping 🏕
When I bought my tent trailer i was told i would need to install a brake controller in my van to be legal since the trailer had electronic brakes. A year later I've discovered that the trailer never had brakes at all. So now i'm out $200 for a useless piece of equipment i don't require. Getting service for your trailer takes a long time. There is always a long backlog to even get it looked at. I'm going to complain about this to the company but let actually see if they do anything.(Edit) After talking to Derek later that afternoon and explaining the situation. Derek made a good faith offer to rectify the situation. I agreed to this offer even though it doesn't cover my complete losses because I do sincerely believe that this fair offer was in good faith. Derek took my concerns seriously and only on my word. I will also note I don't believe this error was done maliciously, it's easily proven sice they didn't make a cent off of it. It was a simple mistake made at the time I purchased the trailer. I'm raising my review from 1 star to 3 since getting service quickly can still be an issue.
