I use River Valley every time I need to have my tank emptied. They are great, supportive, customer focused and so I keep going back. I say customer focused because I was in trouble once and needed my tank emptied - they went out of their way to help me out.

I dealt wit Lance today to get my septic pumped. I called to get it pumped because I was having an issue with my lift pump (my basement water was not getting to the tank). He was able to help me out with understanding how the system works as a whole and get me by until I could look into it more. He also set me up with a number in case I needed someone to come take a look at it. Tank was emptied and he even told me the health of my septic field! Lance went above and beyond for service today and I would highly recommend River Valley Septic to my friends and family. I will be using more of their services too if the need arises. Thanks!
