There is a difference, alright. In September of 2019 I was wrongfully fired from my job in the banking sector. The reason given to me was that I violated the privacy act. There was no investigation, no statement taken from the people who were involved, no chance for me to explain my side of the story….just straight to termination of my employment.
The stress that followed was enormous. I was devastated not only were my employment benefits helping to pay for my son’s medication for a life threatening disease I was, at the time, the only one in my family of four working to support ourselves. I made the choice to meet with Charles Hache and explain my situation immediately after my termination. Within minutes of meeting him I knew I made the correct choice to fight my wrongful dismissal in court. Charles listened to my situation and had a game plan right away to clear my good name. We became a team very quickly. He became a mentor and a coach and I was the prodigy. Taking on a banking institution sometimes felt like a David and Goliath scenario, but throughout it all Charles was calm, professional and empathetic.
When the day I was able to meet my accusers in court we were more than prepared. Charles provided coaching on what to expect and reassured me that the truth would come out and that we would be successful. He was right and we won our case. The argument I wished I could have made over a year prior was made on my behalf by Charles in front of a judge who quickly awarded me a favorable decision.
I would recommend Charles Hache to represent anyone who has experienced a similar situation at work and fully endorse him for his leadership, work ethic, honesty and integrity.
