We bought a hot tub from Grigg Pools a few months ago. We are first time hot tub owners and didn't know much about it. We did a wide market survey and decided to buy from Grigg Pools, also due to warm recommendations from people we knew.
Vanessa and Ryan were very friendly and helpful with our endless questions. The installation process was exactly as described. Ryan and Vanessa showed up and worked outside for hours, even though it was extremely cold outside that day. Vanessa's support after the installation was great, she answered quickly and efficiently every question we had when we were trying to figure out how to balance the chemicals in the hot tub.

The founder of Grigg Pools built my parents pool and fully serviced it for the past 25 years with incredible care and expertise so when my husband and I purchased a home with an already existing pool it was not a question of where we would turn to for support.
