-Update, the company has worked to rectify the problem including a refund of shipping. I am satisfied with their efforts and applaud them for making changes to future package shipping in the future to avoid a similar situation.

Theycharge an insane amount for shipping within Canada. They use Canada Post so it's not even very quick shipping Feb 06 delivered Feb 11. Regular post delivers just as fast and doesn't cost the 60$ extra.
This company doesn't wrap or protect the items just dump them in the envelope. My package showed up with large holes in corners and puncture mark on the front it was also wet.
I highly suggest anyone looking for printing to be done avoid this company!

Excellent quality and service... personally helps you with your files to make sure they are printed correctly. All projects printed on schedule.
Last project we had printed from Rainbow Printing in Susses, was the Prince Edward Map and I was amazed at the final product.

Rainbow Printing has impeccable customer service that goes above & beyond for their clients. They have gone out of their way to accommodate & deliver a rush order to me on more than one occasion. So many companies have lost the concept of great customer service; I am happy to say that this company is not one of them. All the staff are to be commended for their awesome work ethics.
