Great little course, challenging layout and the greens give you a run for your money.

Had an interesting run in with two young golfers on July 24th mid afternoon. We were a group of 4 playing on the 8th hole when a cart with two younger golfers flew past as one from our group was getting ready to hit. Didn’t think much of it, finished the hole and moved on to the ninth tee. We had a group of two in front of us the whole afternoon and the course was slower but nothing terrible. The two that had decided to pass us earlier were sitting at the ninth tee waiting to tee off. One from our group approached them and asked if they were playing with the two in front of us, “no” they say. Okay we say, we’ll why are you skipping holes to play in front of us when we’re holding pace? “We’re on a tight timeline”…at this point they’re becoming oblivious when asked why they’re skipping holes and jumping ahead. They’re quite belligerent and mouthy young guys and said they’d let us through when it was in fact our turn and they’d go after us, not before some name calling and clearly not understanding what they’d done. Had a word with the clubhouse when we got to the turn for the back nine and expected something to be done. Not 100% sure anything was as they continued right on behind us until the end of the round. Pretty embarrassing letting that out on the course not knowing rules, skipping holes and mouthing off. Lakeside, you’re a great course but do better with this stuff. I’d play elsewhere knowing I won’t have this experience again or at least have someone kick them off the course.

What a beautiful course. I came here with my husband and we had a great time. Staff was so friendly, especially towards me being a beginner.

I love Mike!!! JK. I don't golf, but I hear it's a pretty badass course. People that are members remain members, and that says alot. I just drink there sometimes and harass Mike.

This is my home base.....the folk here are so welcoming and fun. The course has been well maintained throughout the summer. Can't wait for next season to start!!

Friendly staff, pretty straight forward course many signs for direction of holes and carts. Saw some wildlifes, the green seem to be in a good shape, a few water hazards which make it more fun. Only positive things to say about this place will definitely go again. The clubhouse was a great place to relax.
