Atlantic was, by far, the best price and the most comprehensive estimate we received.
They spent extra time listening to our needs and designing a system that would work best for our home.
Work quality was excellent, all the guys that came in to our home were professional, respectful and knew what they were doing.
As usual, in a big job there were some unexpected issues and a supply problem. This is when you find out if the company has good customer service and cares about their reputation.
The issues were resolved quickly and the communication was always there.... Which is huge...
I have spent almost 40 years working with the public and know good customer service.
Considering how busy all HVAC business are now, it is refreshing to have an experience where you felt they had time for you.
As a general fussy a** ..... I have been impressed
