The staff was terrific, and the place was spotless; you can wait there for the speaking test, and they have Wi-Fi available if you need it. The computer was modern, and the room had enough space for privacy. I suggest investing in the headphones to get much better ones, maybe a Bose with noise cancellation, because the ones in place are functional but pretty basic and standard for an IELTS examination center. Excellent experience overall.

I find the staff members are very supportive and the process was so smooth.
You will see welcoming smiles from staff when you will enter into the premises.

Very welcoming and organized. Sadly there is no signs indicating it is ETC. I had a hard time finding it, but it is on the left hand side of Penningtons, next door basically. It is a red sign written Level Two.
I talked to the staff about this, and the landlord don't allow them to out any sign.
Other than that, the staff is amazing and it was a very good experience.
