All the staff that I’ve had interaction with have been very nice and professional. They were very fast at getting this install scheduled. Initially we were told it would be in the fall. They called a couple days after the assessment and asked if they could install the next week! Obviously that was a huge YES! Our technician was on time, efficient, very polite, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. The unit was installed and blowing much welcomed cold air within 3 hours. I would definitely recommend this company.

I’ve used Bob’s heating & cooling to perform service and maintenance on our gas boiler and mini split heat pump. Most recent work with them was the purchase and install of a new gas condensing boiler. Their service is great and friendly staff is always a bonus. I would continue to use their services. 10/10 would recommend!

Prompt friendly service from the first call to replace my hot water tank, sent a tech to teview options same day. The next day 2 service reps showed up when they said they would and took into consideration my needs in the install installed the gas water heater tested it, had an inspector come by inspect the work and they answered all my questions and informeed me on my new hot water tank.
I would highly reccomend them.

Cheryle who arranged my service was extremely friendly and polite in a professional manor. She ensured my service at a time conveniant to me.
Claude was very polite, friendly and professional. He immediately used boot coverings. He explained all system maintenance and made recommendations on how to ensure my furnace continues to run safely and at full capacity.
I have used their service for annual maintenance and will continue to use them as my number one Heating and Cooling service and maintenance company.

Firstly I would like to say that the young lady who takes care of the phone is a delight to deal with and I'm sorry I didn't get her name. I apologize for that, I hope the owners understand how great she is as an ambassador on the front line of the business. Second, the young man, Brody, who serviced my "heat-pump" was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. Great Kid!! I hope that he is available next year as I have my appointment already for March 8th 2024.
