D&S Snow Removal Services Inc.

I have had nothing but excellent service from D&S snow removal and I have been with them from day 1.
There has been a couple of issues come up, as per any company, but we’re rectified in a timely manner and to my satisfaction.
It is a hard business to be in, especially with our weather, and they are doing an awesome job!
One driver hit my window with some snow and made a point to make sure there was no damage before leaving, that is honesty and integrity right there.
Highly recommend them for anyone looking for snow removal services!

By far the best snow removal company in the North End! Had an issue with a stake falling down, and the lady who answered my phone call was so professional, and had the issue fixed within a few days! Great customer service!

I have been with 2 others and they do not compare to D&S. I was stuck in my driveway 7 years ago and my snow removal company would not come after 4 hours of waiting! I called D&S as I needed to get to work at the hospital. They made an exception and cleaned me out. The driver even helped me get my car unstuck. I went with them the very next year! I will forever be loyal to this company!

We've been with D&S for over 12 years, and up to three last two or three years, we've had no complaints... Super quick super reliable!

Not sure if it changes as a result of us moving to a new neighbourhood, or if they're under-staffed/under-equipped... There have been numerous storms where we're the last house done on our street, many times, by several hours... This is with a phone call or two to remind them! Still somewhat satisfied, but not the knock-your-socks-off service we had the first 9 or so years!
