We called EcoTech on Monday and Tyler was awesome he answered all of our questions and came out the next day with Dot to view our home. They were very friendly and professional and gave us an install date of Friday! Crazy right? They came out yesterday and their installation was seamless our house is nice a cool within just a few hours of turning on our mini-split, and the dogs love it! Thank you so much Tyler and Dot for the great conversation and laughs too.

Our old heat pump was acting up over the winter, it would stop working, so we would fiddle with it and it would work again, then it finally died. I called Tyler to get a quote and some information about his company, he answered all my questions. I booked for a replacement heat pump to be put in before summer got here, we did not want to have no a/c on a 35 degree day. Tyler showed up on time, completed the work in less than 3 hours. Fixed the concrete blocks the heat pump sat on (leveled them out again). Cleaned all the mess and took away the old machine. Very friendly, professional and explained how the warranty works. Told us to call him with any questions or problems. Highly recommend and will definitely use his service again.

Tyler and his crew at EcoTech were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Super responsive, friendly and priced within if not less compared to competitors. We had them install mini-splits at both our house and cottage and will keep on recommending him to all our friends and family.

In terms of what needed to be done, he answered all my questions and offered many avenues and let me decide, without feeling pressured, what I feel was best for me at the moment between the options offered.
