HydroKleen Atlantic Mini Split Heat Pump Cleaning - Moncton, NB

We looked for local HVAC/Mini Split services around Moncton and decided to give HydroKleen a shot based on the great online reviews as well as information for its services provided on its website.

We are blown away by the great service and learned how to properly care for our minisplit going forward. Dan was very responsive over text and phone, he was easy to strike up a conversation with and shared tons of tips and knowledge on why its important to keep our system clean. Despite our lack of cleaning for the system since COVID, Dan made us feel at ease during the process despite how dirty our minisplit was.

He also went out of his way to help connect us to an HVAC repair service for a leak he noticed!

Dan was so professional and took time to explain everything he was doing and why. Such a relief to find a company I can trust. I will definitely have them back next year to clean my mini-splits.

Very Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Did a wonderful job cleaning the mini-split and air exchanger. Explained process fully and answered any questions I had. Amazing how dirty the mini-split was. Will definitely make the mini-split cleaning a yearly endeavor as I could not believe how much dirt and mold it contained, even though I had been cleaning the filters several times a year. Highly recommend this company.

Service technician was courteous and communicative. The tasks he completed were well-explained and he answered any questions I had. He asked which facilities were best to use in order to get fresh water and dispose of waste-water. Having the snapshot of unit performance before and after the service was unexpected and interesting to see.

It seems like an expensive service, but the price is definitely in the same range as other providers. I feel like it was the best value when compared to the options available.

The only criticism I have, and this might be my fault, is that after I received and accepted a quote, I waited to be contacted about booking an appointment. After approximately two weeks I contacted them and the appointment was booked quickly. So I’m not sure if they were just busy and my quote was lost, there was some disconnect, or if I just missed that I was supposed to contact HydroKleen to book the appointment.

This company certainly knows how to communicate. From the time that I initially contacted them to the moment the job was done, I felt informed. The technician Dave was excellent, arrived and ready to work as scheduled, communicated what he was going to do, did it and then rounded back at the end to summarize what was done. Just Amazing! I will certainly use them again and would highly recommend this business.
