Easy to get in touch with this business and they were very quick to respond and address the issues I had with wasps. John was great and was able to provide advice on a couple of other pest concerns I had, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Would recommend this business!

Woke up this morning to noises in the basement (it was a bird that got down the chimney and got stuck in the pipe). Impact answered right away, and got someone out to us within several hours. Problem was solved, bird was freed - thank you John!
