Surprised to see the reviews but currently a tenant at one of their units and so far they’re nothing but helpful to me. My agent was Shayne and he was very accomodating with our needs.
I have lived in a K2 managed apartment for a year and a half and, quite honestly, I have always had a very good experience.
Admittedly, I have read mixed reviews from some tenants. I can understand the distress, but as far as I'm concerned all my feedback is positive. The apartment was very well located on Church Street, it was clean, well maintained and the price was affordable.
There were rarely any problems. Whenever I needed to sign something, Kevin and Erika responded quickly. They were always courteous, friendly, respectful and professional.
I feel it is my duty to give my positive feedback, as they have always been serious. They were even the only ones who accommodated us easily during the beginning of the covid, while all the other "higher rated" companies handled this aspect poorly. For this, I am grateful and they have my full support!
I don't live in one of their apartments anymore, but will not hesitate to do it again later and I recommend them to many people.
