Norms Taxi and Tours

I called Norm’s taxi from the airport, about 40 minutes prior to my flight leaving. We had just realized that my son had forgotten his video game at my mother’s in Moncton and we couldn’t leave without it. Norm was quick and efficient, made it to my mom’s to pick up the game and then to the airport in record time. He kept me updated the entire time and we can’t thank him enough!

Excellent service. Very friendly and professional. We were out of town when our car broke down. We were stranded on Canada Day with most services being closed or short staffed. Our day had hit rock bottom. Thankfully Norms Taxi and Tours came to our rescue. They provided service with a smile and laughter to brighten our day. Thank you to Sergi for the awesome conversation and safe drive home.

Had to get a ride into St. John after Air Canada messed up our flights. Their dispatch and driver stayed in touch until 4 a.m. and got us there! Amazing service. Highly recommended.

Thank you Norm for the excellent 5 star service. It was great being able to communicate with you via text when our plane landed so you could have your driver ready for us at the airport. Everything went very smoothly with the drive and your driver was excellent!! Definitely 5 stars!!!

I had great service and prompt too. Rating a 4 because the conversation was a bit much for me and went to uncomfortable topics especially being a women alone in a vehicle with man (crime, r*pe, Michael Jackson's pedophelia accusations, and more...).

My suggestion to the company would be to of course keep up the conversation and be personable but be more concious and professional regarding what you're speaking about, to keep your clients comfortable and feeling safe. And my heads up to anyone considering booking if that it something that would make you uncomfortable.
