Great customer service and products! Used precision for 2 bathrooms , bar and kitchen. Very friendly installation crew also!

Wonderful service and an amazing selection of choices. Matt the measurement technician was very personable and efficient. I will update once the countertop is installed.

Showroom was clean, and neatly layed out. Staff are friendly , and helpful.
Products are of good quality, and reasonably priced.
Lots of selection for laminated, and stone .

We had Precision do all our kitchen, bathroom and new bar countertops. It was an ok experience. The kitchen and bathrooms turned out fine. We had an issue with our bar sink that we got through them which seems to be an "it is what it is" scenario. The sink wasn't in the showroom when we got it but we were told it was the same style as our kitchen sink just made by a different manufacturer. The sink was installed and it is not the same. There are bevels on it so instead of having a clean line, straight down like every other sink in the house, it bevels/slopes down. I tried to find other sinks online but none of them will fit properly apparently so we would have to go to a drop in. It's quite disappointing when you spend this kind of money on something to have an end result you're not happy with. On top of that, when they came to install that counter top, the sink, which was in stock and being sat aside as it was paid for 6 weeks prior, was then not in stock and back ordered. We had to have the plumber come back another time to do it. They had also forgotten a cut out for an electrical plug for the backsplash in our bathroom when the counter was installed so they had to take it back to make the cutout and reinstall it when the came to do the basement countertops. Overall we have mixed feelings about the experience.
