(May 5, 2023, 12:51 am)It took me 14 hours to get through the Green Door. It was a very hard experience. However, all the staff I met after that were so kind and helped me get a CT scan. In particular, I have a phobia of injections, and Jay was a top expert. Thank you all.
(March 24, 2023, 5:37 am)Went in this evening for my oldest and had to bring my 4 littles aged 5-2 as well....
Other than sitting and waiting from 7pm-1am in what felt like an empty ER, the nurses and staff were wonderful. All were very friendly with my children, gave them popsicles and put on the children channels.
When my oldest was in pain to the point of uncontrollable crying, the staff noticed and got her seen by a nurse for a check up and pain medication. She was able to finally rest without pain.
Around 12 am one of the nurses even made me a coffee which I appreciated immensely.
The doctor was gentle, kind and noticed my daughter had an infection immediately.
The evening could have been a lot worse, had the nurses/staff/dr not been the amazing people they are.
