Definitely priced higher than some but most staff is knowledgeable in the product they sell. They can be very helpful in important decision making. Even if you go elsewhere their suggestions are free.
As usual I needed help with my phone. I am not very tech savvy but the man behind the counter was willing to help me figure out the problem. Showed me how to avoid the problem and went my merry way a little more enlightened. I'm glad I found The Source, very helpful and polite.
The Source at Trinity is a nice large bright store. It has a lot more space than a lot of the mall stores but didn't seem to have a lot of inventory. Staff was helpful and they did have what we were looking for. They push the Bell products a bit too much but were helpful in making our decision.
Friendly staff, but they have limited products, they can have very good deals but make sure to check other places for similar deals first before you take deals there for products like from Bell, heading to the bell store I got a better deal then what they could offer at the source this time, however they are very kind and helpful and I did feel bad going to bell and not giving them the sale. They are very nice and knowledgable even when asked about a product they don't have, with 20 plus years in the IT industry I was able to have a technical conversation which is enjoyable as it's rare to be able to do that.
I went in to pick up a monitor cable. The one I wanted was not available in store, so Kyle ordered it on my behalf from the website. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Unfortunately, it was not the cable I should have ordered. Customer service was not able to cancel the order by the next morning, so they advised an in-store return. When the notification came that it was in store, I was happy to see that it was Kyle I would deal with once again. The customer that he was dealing with was very pushy and rude. Kyle dealt with him with a cool and professional manner that a lot of people would have had a hard time maintaining. While the other customer was on the phone with the phone company, my return was processed with the usual friendly efficiency. Job well done Kyle. Keep your chin up - not all customers will treat you with such disrespect.
