The Stitch Bug

Very Inpressed I walked in and it was my first visit kathy said hi right away and came to help me even though she was doing something . She went out back to see if they had anymore of a certain color of floss. I will be a return customer

I visited the store while travelling in NB and was quite pleased with the staff and service and products. They were still fairly new and building their inventory but I put in a telephone Order last week and Sam (I hope I remembered her name correctly)was so helpful. They were out of a floss that I needed to finish my project and she gave one she had purchased for her own personal use! My order was prompt and correct and the prices were very reasonable! Yay team Stitch Bug!

The store is quite large, with a large selection of patterns, as well as a large stock of stitching supplies. The staff were very friendly & welcoming. The only reason for 4⭐ is because I did find it hard to find patterns, because they're organized by theme, rather than alphabetically by designer like other shops I have visited. As someone who likes to be more independent when shopping (not having to have staff help each time when looking for something specific), as well as knowing what designers I prefer...it makes it more difficult when you have to go through every pattern in a particular theme instead of being able to just find the designer you want and flip through those. Again it's really probably just personal preference. Other than that one specific thing, this is a great shop.

Love it there. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. So many patterns to choose from! Everything you need is right there!
