It was my first time and right away she understood what I wanted and gauged what would work for my hair type, and the color and highlights turned out even better than I hoped! It usually takes a stylist 3-4 times to get used to my hair and how it responds to color so I usually warn them in advance that it's unruly but she nailed it the first time. I'll definitely be back!
