Been buying canoes for the trout Derby for years. Great service, very knowledgable.
Amazing service and owner. While on a road trip through the east coast, my Thermarest prolite plus delaminated and I had to replace it. While Cascade Designs reimburses dealers and send them a new mat if they replace one under warranty, everywhere I went was reluctant to do so. However, Eddy Out Depot was more than willing to help me out, and thanks to them I was able to sleep well again.
Aside from the great service, the owner was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable as well. We had a great talk about hiking and the local hiking scene, and he gave us several recommendations for things to do. If you ever stop by (which you should for any gear needs) be sure to ask about stories of the crazy Italian hiker in the Dolomites.
Lastly, don't be fooled by Google maps location pin. While the address is correct, the location appears slightly past where you need to go. We called to clarify, and were given clear directions on how to get there
