This has been an excellent pharmacy for us over the years! Very knowledgeable pharmacist and staff, great service, very professional, and the list goes on. Great inventory and they can always get something in a jiffy, if needed!
Awesome Service!! Staff are very welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. I have two insurance plans which is usually a headache to deal with when trying to direct bill both plans, but here it always goes smooth.
The pharmacy staff are so friendly and helpful! If they don’t have what you are looking for they will get it In for you! I think it is amazing that she has satellite locations on First Nation reserves to serve community members as well! I have many clients who access this service and are very fortunate to have this offered to the community! The negative reviews, I am quite surprised by... and working in health care you can’t please everyone and often times patients/customers don’t like rules or how rules work which they retaliate back as not getting what they want etc which is unfortunate but it’s reality! The medicine shoppe miramichi has always been a great and friendly business and goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and education! Great job! You all are working through a pandemic and rarely recognized... so great job and thanks for all that you do! :)
We have been working with the team at the Medicine Shoppe for over 8 years. Over those years they have gone above and beyond to take care of the needs of the residents at our special care home. The level of personal attention provided is beyond compare. Having a pharmacist and team that knows you, your health and needs as well as they do is as invaluable as it is rare. One thing you can always be assure of is that you are in great hands with Treena and her fantastic team.
Great pharmacy, friendly staff, willing to help fix you up to the best of their ability and if they don't have what you need, generally next day its there. been a customer now 10+ years and never a issue. Highly recommended!
