My experience at the Dougastown location was amazing. The optometrist offered multiple options to fit my unique needs, and the techs were extremely patient when I was going through the initial testing and picking out frames. The return time to get my new glasses was crazy fast and they were just as helpful making sure they fit right, and that I was satisfied, as they were during my initial visit.
