Metepenagiag Heritage Park

We absolutely love this cozy museum, giving us the opportunity to learn so much about the culture and history in Metepenagiag.

Friendly, professional staff! The facility is gorgeous, and the history of the area is so beautifully interpreted.
You're surrounded by nature and the walking trails are wonderful.

The area alone is worth the visit. Rivers and bridges. Quite scenic. Heritage Park was the cherry on top.

Center was worth visiting. There were some interesting artifacts and the videos were well done. Be aware of the prices when going in as we were overcharged and not aware until when we left. We are a family of 4 with 2 children ages 5 and 11. We should have been charged $18 and the man working there charged us $31 and change. Would have given a better rating if we hadn't been overcharged.

I really loved this experience & all who guided us through this were fantastic. I would recommend this heritage park 2 other people 2 go & visit it. Thanks 4a wonderful day.
