Janet was an old friend from high-school, and through social media noticed she had moved east around the same time another friend moved east as well. When we went for a visit I asked her if she had some time to show us some houses, more or less for fun. She jumped at the chance, even knowing this wasn't anything serious. Low and behold, we decided to make the move and used Janet to buy our home in New Brunswick AND when listing our home in Ontario. Working with Janet has been an absolute pleasure! She had made this whole process as stress free as possible for my family and I. Her dedication and commitment shows in all she does for her clients!!! Janet went over and above on the sale of our home in Hamilton Ontario and purchased us a home in New Brunswick. We have not moved in 47 years and we were nervous. She helped us declutter, sell items in the house, found us mover's and helped us with lawyers and insurance. Really she did everything. I fully appreciate her and all she did for us.

I reached out to a couple realtors in my area, and they either never bothered to get back to me, or they had zero idea what I was talking about and couldn’t answer any questions I had. Janet was recommended to me and I reached out and she immediately got back to me, and within a couple days I had bought the house I loved! I would have lost this house, but she was fast, knowledgeable, professional, went above and beyond to answer any and all questions I had (and I had alot!) and she honestly is such a lovely person.
