I will be forever grateful that I was guided to Jeff & The Cove during a very difficult and confusing time in my life 🙏
When I met Jeff it truly was like talking to an old friend I hadn’t seen in years, I felt comfortable and at ease right away. He gave me the space to share without fear of judgement, listened and didn’t try to “fix me”, and He was extremely patient as I squirrelled my way through “ my story “. The Session to follow difficult still to put into words, was amazing and the most relaxed, pampered and cared for I think I had felt in years. It was like I was unplugged but present at the same time. I experienced subtle waves of energy/emotional release in the hours/days to follow which made room for much lighter heart, clearer minded, reduced stress and pain
I am most grateful for the continued support, encouragement and check in’s between sessions just to see that I am doing ok and will continue to highly recommend!!

I was very fortunate to have had a one hour Reiki treatment with Jeff, and to say that it was amazing would be an understatement. It was my first time trying Reiki, and I absolutely loved it!He has a very calming presence, and the atmosphere in his studio is very relaxing. I very highly recommend! I will def be going back
