I called to find out about the new lime beyond burger all Plant Based. Staff were really great, helpful, professional & friendly. They had a buy 1 receive 1 free on the 'burgers' & I ordered a few other items, too. However, I meant to hold the mayo....lol but I took care of it. Well, all the items were excellent, Wow. I make all my own meals & only eat out or take out about once a year so this was a real treat! Thank you so much, the Plant Based lime burger was especially delicious. Wow! Along with incredible onion Rings & root beer....thank you so very much!! I would've given you 5 stars but because A&W isn't 100% Plant Based yet, perhaps in the near future...better for Animals, the Planet & Our Health. New A&W location in east Saint John. Dined inside; service was fast & friendly (even brought the grub directly to the table!). Location was very clean as well. Drive through on site. Tends to be busy at times.

Always a great place for a meal. A commendable addition to the West Side.

Staff are nice. One of the closest places to get lunch near the refinery or NBCC campus. Never dissatisfied yet.

Great clean business, friendly quick drive-thru staff couldn't tell if they were still open to walk in & order as there was 2 employees chatting on either side of the cash 🤔
