I was listened to and a diagnosis was made , it was explained in laymans words and written down for me when I asked for that. I was contacted as to the progress of the parts arrival and times were flexible for the repair. Great customer service, integrity and honesty two words that come to mind about the owners of this shop. I would recommend.
