They do amazing work. Color was perfect and work was excellent. Receptionist was polite and helpful. Truck look liked new again. Highly recommended.

It was my first time taking my car to fix auto, for a not at fault accident, as it was my insurance companies preferred shop. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful and the body work seems to be done well, but I do feel my repair was rushed. My car was given back to me with bolts/pin missing from the wheel well (below front fender that was fixed). There were a few other small issues, but I will say the company did take ownership and deal with. Unfortunately when I took it back to have the bolts and pins put in the wheel well that were missing and was picking my car up the second time there was still a bolt missing in the wheel well, which I'm glad I noticed before I left so I didn't need to stop in a third time. Also these bolts don't match the other opposite wheel well, but perhaps it's hard to find matching bolts, or it's not viewed as important.

Overall the staff was kind, but I certainly feel my car was rushed and I likely would look for somewhere else to take my car next time. Also because I have had very few repairs in my life I've mentioned the issues to a few friends in mechanics to see if it was just me being particular, but they agreed it was sloppy.

Just had a repair completed and and the quality of work is top notch, not only was the work completed above my expectations but was also on time. If that wasn't enough, the customer service is amazing as well. They made the whole process painless.

The whole experience at fix auto was amazing from the 1st estimate to dealing with reception and getting the rental there to the final finished job and the amazing job they did on our vehicle 👏. Awesome
