Mr Deadbolt was great to talk with and explained everything to me that he observed from looking at all our locks. Old house with a lot of old locks. He was able to master key them all and pointed out the locks that were broken and would need replacement. Cost was reasonable and I plan to have him out again once we replace a lot of the locks to master key them.

Rather than take advantage of the situation Mr.Deadbolt walked me through some easy steps to resolve my issues, he was patient and respectful all while waiting on the phone. My wallet was open but he insisted not to charge me on the cost of unlocking 5 doors...this is a testament to his work ethic and morals. Great customer service!
