Wow! Such knowledge and service
All under the Costco roof!
Jeff understood what I needed and didn't need and set me up quickly and painlessly.
Victoria was part of my package experience and helped keep me happy and laughing. Thanks to you both...now I just gotta find my new buttons!

Victoria was awesome at the wireless kiosk at Costco. She was patient, answered all of our questions. She even stayed past her shift to assist us. Super impressed!

Hit or miss with this wireless kiosk. Yesterday we went in and spent 2 hours in a line only to find out that the device we wanted was sold out. They could have at least had a sold out sign on the display so people didn't have to wait for that long for nothing. Went in today and had no wait, and the device we wanted was available. The staff today was very friendly and helpful. So 3 stars for great service today, but lousy service yesterday.

We had a great customer service rep, Jeffrey B who helped us make the best choices for a phone and plan for our daughter. He was super patient, it took a long time, and was good humored the whole time. Thanks for the good experience! Will definitely go back again when we need a new phone.
