It's a spectacular drive and most breathtaking views. I will go back every year. BUT....Make sure you are back to the gate by the time specified on the information sheet they give you. They did not mention it to us, we had intended on using the road to Sussex at the end but when we reached it they shut it down and blocked it off. We had to turn and drive back to the beginning. When we got back to the gate we and 7 other cars were locked inside. They close the gate and lock it when they leave. It's triple locked and no way of getting around it. Someone called Crave restaurant and they called the grounds keeper, who live somewhere inside the park. He came and unlocked it, after 2 hours of waiting.
We did the drive, I was not able to participate in the hiking areas due to an injury but we loved how there were so many pull offs and we could walk on the decks and enjoy the view.
Excellent place to visit and enjoy the beauty of the Bay of Fundy..We go back every year since they opened..Love it.
Great drive through a beautiful shore line of New Brunswick. The trail to walk on is a great afternoon and the road side pull outs give you ample opportunities to take pictures. Take a full day to explore these full trails and drive the roads. I don’t believe the price is justified but it’s not anything major. I don’t feel it should be at such a cost is all.
Fantastic views around each corner, great place to spend a day. Google maps first took us down a dirt road to get there (think it was because I had no tolls set). We back tracked and followed the signs out of Saint Martins, now problems. The cost is $10 CN for adults. Length is 27 KM and there is a hiking/biking trail and road the entire length. The road is good and you can take your RV. Many of the overlooks have parking for them some do not, those that cannot are well marked. There are many fantastic overlooks, short hike to falls and streams and a nicely stocked gift shop. Suggest you bring your lunch as there is not much to purchase on the trail.
