We moved here from Ontario and hired B&W Contracting in mid February to build our house. Progress is good so far and to this point we are very pleased with the caliber of work. I will update this review and rating on a regular basis as progress is made.
After almost 7 months we are finally moved into our home. We are pleased with the house, not so pleased with how long it took to complete...Bruce and the whole crew are very professional and personable.

The build was not cheap, but if not for Bruce and his attention to possible supply chain issues as well as increases in the cost of supplies due to supply and demand it would have been more expensive. On a number of occasions he bought materials and stored them in his warehouse that were not immediately needed, but were due for a price hike. On the whole, Bruce managed to keep the build on budget which is very impressive considering the times we're in. He certainly saved us money in a number of aspects and we are very appreciative of that!

We have been in our home for a month now and couldn't be more pleased. Our final blower test was today and if all goes well, we will be getting a nice incentive cheque, which comes directly to us. From what I understand, many builders keep those incentives and include that in their contracts...personally...I would have an issue with that!

Bruce has some of the best contractors around working for him. They do beautiful finish work and are very clean and courteous on the job. Would highly recommend them for the job!
