I was very disappointed with the service. I'm not one who likes to complain but also I want things to be fair and wouldn't want someone to waste their time or money, especially if they have limited amount of money like I do.
Because of that, I'm going to choose to give a business and my money where I get a good customer service. Been buying my vitamins there for months maybe years but never really went in for a consultation. My son was just diagnosed with eczema and he was getting pretty bad so I decided to make an appointment with dr. Ravi.
I was told that I would have a 30 minutes to 45 minutes consultation for $60. Didn't really have the money to do this cause I knew that then, I'll have to spend more money to buy whatever he prescribes but my son's health was more important than any of this so I went and made an appointment. When I got there I waited about 15 minutes past my appointment time, which I didn't mind waiting, but I didn't know that this was going to cut off on my time with the doctor. Instead of a 30 minutes to 45 minutes time with him that I thought I will have, I was only in his office about 10 minutes maybe 15 and felt rushed out so the next client can come in. I forgot half of my questions and came out of their $200 later with things to try on my five-month-old son.
He told me to try it for three days and if that didn't help to call them back. Did what he asked but after 3 days it got worst he was covered in hives and scratching to the point that he was bleeding so I called them back and explain this to the secretary who answered the phone, which I think it's his wife and was told that they will call me right back.
Waited all day for their phone call in anxiety cause of my poor son being in so much pain and they never bothered to call me back. So sadly for them, I will be taking my business elsewhere and we'll certainly not recommend them to anyone.
