Quick and efficient
Quick to get an appointment, very polite, made sure to keep us ALL informed that the floor would be damp and to be very careful when walking down the hardwood stairs. And we had a FULL house of kids ?

I was extremely happy with MacArthur's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. My message was returned promptly, I was scheduled within 3 days, and they did an amazing job! My 2 recliners look like new again. Highly recommend:)
Came and cleaned my duct work I assumed when I asked to have them cleaned, it ment they would clean out the main trunk lines. This was not the case. called them back to ask them why it was not done and they told me it’s usually extra and not part of the cleaning. My job was saved to the last of the day so the workers where grumpy and just wanted to get the job done and go home. The only reason why I’m giving them 3 stars is because what they did clean they did a good job.
