Excellent return policy, even clearance items which is great since you're not allowed to try everything on in store.

Very helpful staff and excellent vigilance regarding current covid19 rules. I would recommend them at this time.

I had purchased shoes online, and despite several reviews on the site they led me astray on sizing.
I waited until the stores reopened and went to exchange them. The service was impeccable. The wait time was longer due to covid, but the store is handling the situation extremely well.

Had a pair of boots that broke. The staff was quick to offer a refund or exchange. No hassle, friendly service.

They did not have what I was looking for in store. I ordered online and went in to pick up the order. Not the first time. I prefer to shop in person.
