Aaron Baker and April Diamond... magic makers. Gotta give them both a wow, Aaron was professional yet very likeable as if he were an old friend, very comfortable. April Diamond, I had my doubts but she got me a better rate and finance than I thought I would have recieved.very charming and you can tell they both take customer satisfaction to the top shelf! Kudos!
I had a very positive experience. Norbert and Nick were extremely helpful and ensured that the purchasing process went smoothly. An added bonus is that the layout of the dealership made maintaining 6ft of social distance very easy.
Recently purchased my fifth Hyundai Tucson from this dealership and we also have owned two Elantras. In each instance the purchase experience has been very positive and consistent with other dealer experiences I have had. Tip of the hat to Sean Crawford for his work on the most recent sale. He was no nonsense, helped to get us to a deal fairly quickly and has been helpful and attentive post sale. We would certainly work with him again.
We have had our vehicles serviced exclusively at Rallye Motors Hyundai. We have not had any problems. Service is performed on time as promised. We had one major warranty claim that was handled seamlessly. I have read some of the negative reviews and they simply don’t match up with our experience over the last 12 years.
Hyundai makes affordable, reliable vehicles and this is a solid dealership. Experience it for yourself.
I was serve today by Jared Smith, I just wanted to share my experience, he was really polite and listen to me the whole time without interrupting me. He had all the answers for my questions, and trust me I had a lot. He never let me down and make me feel he was trustworthy. So if you need to be well serve next time you want to buy a car, ask for Jared, you won’t be disappointed.
I also wanted to mention Krista Boyle in Finance, she knew how bad I needed that deal to be done, she used all the information I had given her in my advantage. It took a while but my situation was really delicate. So I went home really please and less stressful.
