quaint studio/cafe in moncton! my friend and i ended up hanging out for at least 2hrs.talking to the owner, shane who was amazing. he showed us through his studio where artists can work on site and he offers jewellery and pottery classes - had a fabulous local organic coffee (proceeds went to local dog shelter) i left with a mixed media piece from an interesting local artist and a leather macrame belt - love everything i purchased - i'm looking forward to going back again soon. recently bought 200.- worth of the organic coffees which i highly recommend and a portion goes to a good cause!!
I believe everyone in Moncton and surrounding areas who believes in buying one of a kind pieces and locally made products made by our local talented artist needs to visit this store. The store is hidden behind the Blue Cross building and just beside the Rogers building downtown Moncton. The address is 80 Assomption Blvd, they are open until 6pm on most days. You can expect to see paintings, pottery, jewelry, stain glass, furniture and so much more, great place to visit on your lunch hour if you work downtown, or if your thinking on taking a walk on the Riverfront Trail.
A fantastic space full of unique art made exclusively by local artists. Such a wide variety of pottery, stained glass, wood sculpture and fabric arts - truly something for everyone.
Shane was so friendly and showed us the back workshop where some of the magic happens.
We spent an hour there chatting with patrons and artists alike.
This is a real hub for community and is a real local gem that should be a part of anyone’s visit to Moncton.
Fantastic artisan giftshop, plenty to choose from. I got a rock from the bay of Fundy handpainted into a ladybug, kinda neat. The turtle at the back parking is something to check out. Enjoy. Recommend.
Its such a great space for artists and anyone really! Its not just an art gallery and gift shop. The whole building is the store Which is very spacious! Comfortablly fit over 200 artist's work. They also offers pottery and painting classes. Their coffee space, got many vintage comfy chair. The whole place feel Very welcoming and relax. Love the smell from all the Handmade products. The uniqueness in this place couldn't find else where.
