They did a really good job. At first I was very worried because they seemed to be busy with some big projects, which left me wonder if they would have time and care for such a tiny work or not. But they responded quickly and squeezed the earlist time possible and get it done with attention, efficiency and profession.Definitely I will refer you to all I know. I give all thumbs up to you, Nick and Ken. Keep going on!
Ken and his team are my first call for any service or emergency situation. I work in Property Management so having a reliable and affordable plumber on stand by is key. Whenever I contact Ken or his team they schedule me in for a convenient time which works for me and my staff. Its always a fast and painless service with Alternative. They offer a wide variety of services to fit my range of needs when it comes to residential and commercial servicing. I would HIGHLY recommend Ken and his team before anyone else in the surrounding area. When friends, family or colleagues ask for a plumber, Alternative is always my recommendation and that speaks highly to their outstanding service and repuation.
I live in 35 year old home, in Moncton, for the past 11 years, which I purchased it from an elderly couple with no property disclosure. I wasn't moved in completely when I had water coming in the basement. At first there wasn't much coming in so I focused on grading the outside to enable rainwater to flow away from the foundation. I proceeded to finish most of the basement area as living space. As time went on, the water coming in was concentrated on a specific space in the basement and only showed after a heavy rain. Eventually, when it thought of raining, I had water in the unfinished basement problem area where water was seeping up from underneath at the perimeter of the concrete floor. After talking to a number of drainage professionals, I googled drain tile cleaning and found Alternative Plumbing & Heating. My initial discussions with the owner showed that he understood and appreciated my problem and had the right tools for the job. He and his crew, on their first visit, flushed as much as they could, visually inspected the drain tile, and determined that I had to excavate to access the blockages, which we did on their second visit. Following their second visit with an excavator, my basement is DRY! On their advice, I will have a visual inspection every 2-3 years, and flush accordingly. As for the crew, they were professional, caring, neat, and eager to resolve the problems. I'm very happy to recommend this service and it is at a fraction of the cost of expensive outside repairs. A very happy customer. Excellent results.
Highly recommend, did a fantastic job at my cottage
