(September 29, 2018, 2:10 pm)I went to Kelly for balayage style foils/babylights. She’s is SO talented! My hair is hard to work with as it always has a lot of orange and she nailed it! I have a beautiful pearly blonde and my hair feels so healthy! Highly recommend!
