I'm from Michigan and I was having a difficult time locating a hard to find interior trim piece for one of our customers with a 1992 Lincoln Town Car. They were willing to work with me and kept good communication throughout the entire process. They even brought the car into their shop to prevent the plastic from cracking. I would highly recommend, thanks everybody.
