My family has been coming to Norm's for years for inspections and any car work we couldn't do ourselves. I love that the staff tells you their honest opinion about what is going on with your vehicle. They are very willing to help you out where they can. Many times I have been allowed to shop around for parts on my own and bring them in to be installed instead of having Norm's buy the parts. I love that I have that option! That is the main reason why I will keep coming back here for as long as I can! Thank you for your hard work and honesty!
